We had the pleasure of interviewing the Schindler's today who operate the Modern Stone Age Kitchen on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. This was a real treat because we talked about how they work with their employees, their upside down cost model for their industry, how they celebrate with their team and how we can find a more nutritious way to celebrate with ours. Bill and Christina have built a thriving business from just a passion for real foods, made from scratch, and sourced as close as possible.
